Have you ever wondered what happens to the Asian villain who only have less than three-minute show time in the movie? Awesome Asian Bad Guys is the first feature-length movie released in 2014 by National Honor Society perhaps has the answer. This film pays tribute to all of the Asian American actors and actress who have roles as bad characters in classic movie during 80s and 90s. It also examines the lack of representation for Asian American in media well as combating stereotypes. This film â€Å"Awesome Asian Bad Guy† is originated from a 2 minute YouTube video from the National Honor Society channel in October 18, 2011. It is a video that the two filmmakers in the National Honor Society channel made to celebrate and honor some of their favorite unsung villains in the classic movies. It gradually caught some attention and the two YouTube film maker from the National Honor Society channel decided to make it as a web series which becomes a film. They brought it to Phil Yu who is the blogger of Angry Asian Man blog who then became the executive producer. They also began to raise money to film this film by running a Kickstarter campaign. They hoped to raise $50,000 and some of the ways they raised money were through Google Hangout telethons, sang and rapped badly, and even took shots of hard liquor in exchange for donation. Intelligence is one of the most heritable traits thus, people differ in intelligence ranges. Heritability estimates range from 25% to 40% in early childhood to 80% in adulthood. These ranges may be in specific domains but those who do well in one domain often do well in others, leading towards general intelligence. In order to measure and evaluate differences in intelligence, psychometric tests are used to cover cognitive domains. These cognitive domains are reasoning, processing speeds, executive function, memory, and spatial ability. Executive Summary Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) went through a fundamental re-thinking of its business through the development of fast track projects in the pharmaceutical industry. The company succeeded in reducing the time needed to deliver a pharmaceutical factory from over three years down to 11 months winning the 2005 pharmaceutical Facility of the Year award. Fast-track projects meant a lot of pressure on the client, and some were just not ready to play. The client had to adapt to changes which many linked to an increase in cost and time. To ensure fast decision-making and client agreement on proposed solutions, the Project Management Team (PMT) had to build trust between NNE and the customer. In addition, there had to be a willingness from suppliers to take risks, a commitment to be part of the project team and a co-location with the rest of the project team. Modular technology was used to simplify and speed-up the project. Although speed was crucial, it was not achieved at the expense of quality. Each project had a quality activity plan, describing the quality goals agreed with the client, as well as methods to achieve goals. NNE continuously re-evaluated its process, gradually reducing the time needed to build a factory. In addition, they changed the way customers bought facilities away from the lowest bid approach. Project focus was shifted from specification-driven to time-driven. Trust had to be created with the customer by sharing risks. An investment in team building was made and a company culture focused on project execution. Customers and suppliers were made part of the implementation team fostering information sharing between all parties involved in the construction. The key success factors of their applied strategy are pointed a below: Focusing on their target and proper planning to achieve it. Introducing the modular approach to reduce time and simplify the project. Setting a project activity model quality management system to ensure consistency and monitor quality. Creating project management teams and ensuring effective communication. Driving the project based on time not specifications. Obtaining the customers trust, engagement and support. But they dive into a runthrough of their work with candid zeal, donning cloth masks and manipulating wooden poles into a series of images derived from The Royal Hunt of the Sun, Peter Shaffers somber drama about the devastation of Peruvian Incas by 16th-century Spanish explorer Francisco Pizzaro. And he agrees with Carlos: Maybe the time and conditions are right to make more connections. Nearby neighborhoods pose the last frontier for a school whose existing connections span the globe. Another MFA workshop is already underway with Elena Jandova, a Bulgarian veteran of New York Citys Living Theatre, and more visitors from other countries are lined up. Cooke, meanwhile, is laying the groundwork for a student internship in Budapest with Hungarian director George Lengyel, an exciting leap for a program whose previous internships have remained within the U.S. As the university extends its educational tendrils over the world, it might only be a matter of time before it comes full circle and discovers that its neighbors dont only have needs; simmering in the Southern city is a rich melange of cultures whose histories could intertwine with the universitys.
